HHSA Outsourcing Update

On October 13, 2009, SEIU Local 221 President Sharon-Frances Moore spoke at the San Diego County Board of Supervisors meeting in opposition to the county's plan to outsource nearly 150 HHSA jobs.

President Moore presented the Board with a letter outline the union's opposition to the plan. Read the letter here.
