SEIU also forced the County to conduct an equity study that compares our pay to other Counties throughout the state.

Low pay has led to turnover and short staffing and this study will be a tool to make sure that our contract is fair. Make sure to sign up for the meeting for your classification to learn how San Diego is falling behind and how that hurts county residents as well as employees.
