On Wednesday, SEIU International Executive Board members voted to add SEIU Local 221 President Crystal Irving to our governing body of our Union.

"I am honored to serve with all of you (and be a part of the) impact that we have, not just in our Locals and our regions but this world," she said.

SEIU Local 1021 President Joseph Bryant applauded the move.

"Crystal is a tenacious advocate for equity and fairness for all workers and has been a champion for human rights, civil rights and worker rights," Bryant said.
